Who we are

ROOK (“we”, “us”) provides business systems, automation, AI, software, and process-improvement services. ROOK is operated by Rook Cleaning Co LLC. This policy covers the website at betterwithrook.com and information you send us through it.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways.

• Information you give us. When you submit the contact form or email us, we receive what you provide: typically your name, business name, email address, and any phone number, website, or description of your business problem you choose to include.
• Information collected automatically. If website analytics are enabled, we may collect aggregate usage data such as pages viewed, referring site, browser type, and approximate region. We configure analytics to avoid building individual profiles where the provider allows it.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and prepare for a conversation with you. If enabled, we send a short automated acknowledgement confirming that your message arrived.
• To scope, deliver, and invoice services you ask us to provide.
• To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
• To meet legal, accounting, and security obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us.

Client business data

During an engagement we may be given access to business systems and data, such as CRM records, financial workflows, scheduling, billing, or customer information. That access is governed by the engagement agreement, is limited to what the work requires, and is used only to perform the work. We do not publish client names or results without written approval.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as:

• Website hosting and email delivery for the contact form (currently Hostinger).
• Any transactional email service used to deliver contact-form notifications and acknowledgements.
• Scheduling and payment providers, when you choose to follow a booking or payment link from this site. Those services collect information under their own terms and privacy policies.
• Website analytics, if enabled (one provider at a time).

These providers process information on our behalf and under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

Cookies

The website does not use advertising cookies and sets no cookies of its own. If analytics are enabled, the provider may set first-party cookies (Google Analytics) or use cookieless measurement (Plausible) depending on which provider is active. Your browser settings let you block or delete cookies.

Retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the life of the relationship plus the period required for accounting and legal records. You can ask us to delete inquiry information at any time.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections to this website and access limited to those who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim certifications we do not hold.

Your choices
