AI & Automation Business Audit
For owners and decision-makers who know some part of the business is costing them time or money, and want it fixed rather than studied.
Not sure yet? See how ROOK works.
Fixed price. No retainer. No long-term contract.
- One clearly defined problem
- One usable Day-One improvement
- One measurable seven-day test
- A short action plan
Who it's for
You know something in the business…
- Takes too much time
- Costs too much
- Creates unnecessary work
- Loses revenue
- Lacks visibility
- Falls through the cracks
What happens
Four steps. One result you can measure.
- 1
Find the expensive problem
Understand what is happening and where money or time may be leaking.
- 2
Fix something useful
Where practical, create or implement a usable Day-One improvement.
- 3
Measure it
Establish a simple seven-day test with a baseline and a review date.
- 4
Decide what comes next
Deliver an action plan and identify broader opportunities. Implementation is optional.
In detail
Before, during, and after.
Before the audit
A short intake so we arrive already knowing the shape of the business. We collect:
- Business model
- How you make money and who you serve.
- Team
- Who does the work and who owns the outcome.
- Current systems
- CRM, accounting, scheduling, communication, field tools, spreadsheets.
- Primary frustration
- The one thing you most wish worked better.
- Financial impact
- What it costs, where you know or can estimate it.
- Current process
- How the work happens today, step by step.
- Previous attempts
- What you have already tried and why it did not stick.
During
We map the relevant workflow as it actually runs, follow the money and the handoffs, and determine the highest-value realistic opportunity. Not the most interesting one. The one most likely to pay.
Day-One win
Where feasible, we build or implement an immediately usable improvement: a workflow, a control, a tool, an automation, or a process change your team can start using.
Not every problem can be fully solved inside the audit. When it can’t, we say so, and the plan shows exactly what it would take.
Seven-day test
Every audit ends with a test you can run without us:
Baseline
Where the number stands today.
Expected change
What should be different in seven days.
Measurement
Exactly how we will know.
Owner
The person accountable for running the test.
Review date
When we look at the result together.
What you leave with
Deliverables
- 01
Problem definition
One clearly defined revenue or operational problem, in plain language, with its likely cost.
- 02
Recommendation
The fix we would make first and why it beats the alternatives.
- 03
Day-One improvement
A usable workflow, tool, control, or process change you can start using immediately.
- 04
Seven-day measurement
Baseline, expected change, how it is measured, who owns it, and when we review.
- 05
Action plan
A short, ordered list of what deserves attention next.
- 06
Optional implementation scope
When it makes sense, a separate proposal to build or expand the solution. You are not obligated to take it.
You do not have to hire ROOK for implementation.
The next engagement should happen because you want ROOK to build or expand the solution, not because the audit left something out.
Questions
Straight answers.
Do I need to know what technology I need?
No. You need to know what hurts. ROOK determines whether the answer is a process change, an automation, an integration, a dashboard, AI, software, or a combination, after understanding the problem.
Will my problem be completely solved during the audit?
Not always, and we will not pretend otherwise. Some problems can be fixed on Day One. Others need a larger build. Either way, you leave with a clearly defined problem, a usable improvement where feasible, a measurable test, and a plan.
Do I have to hire ROOK for implementation?
No. The audit is a complete, standalone engagement. If you want ROOK to build or expand the solution, we scope that separately. If you would rather do it yourself or with your team, the plan is yours.
Is $595 the full price of the audit?
Yes. The audit is $595. Implementation, if you choose it, is scoped and priced separately based on what the audit finds.
What do you need from me?
A short intake before we start, and access to the people and systems involved in the problem. Most of the work is ROOK's. Your time is spent on the decisions only you can make.
How does payment work?
We confirm fit on a short intro call. Once you decide to proceed, ROOK sends an invoice with payment instructions. There is no long-term contract.
Ready to fix the expensive problem?
We confirm fit on a short call first. If ROOK is not the right help, we will say so.
